Fomm Crash On Startup

Specs: i7 4950, 750ti 2GB vid card, 16GB ram, Windows 10 free edition, everything up to date, the steam GotY version of FO3 and the ultimate edition of NV.

For mod management, I primarily use NMM but I'm trying to use FOMM to get TTW to work. I'm using the latest version of FOMM v0.14.11.12 . I've also tried the recommended version of FOMM in the install guide, but they both crash before I can even install the Fomod.

Qnap finder pro for mac. FOMM fork works fine as well. The fork version, not the old one. The Russell plugin would be active and crash the game on startup, disable it if you. Uninstalled and re-installed the game but even without mods it crashes on startup. Cause-1: Likely you forgot to clear out your 'C: Users Documents My Games FalloutNV' folder when you had Steam 'verify local files'. Jan 09, 2016 Everytime I add a Fomod or install a new mod my FOMM keeps crashing. This is all the information form the crashdump- 10 January 2016 - 00:23:56 Fomm 0.13.21 OS version: Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0 System.InvalidOperationException: Failed to compare two elements in the array. System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C: Program Files (x86) Steam steamapps common.

So I've been playing New Vegas for the past month or two fooling around with addons in NMM. After a lot of work, the game is stable and runs almost perfectly. I'm itching to play FO3 (which I haven't played since 2008 on the Xbox) in the NV engine so I'm trying to finally get TTW installed and stable. NMM got really mad at me when I tried to install the giant 5GB Fomod that the installer generated so I took the advice of the install guide and installed the latest FOMM. However, this is also crashing for me everytime before I can even attempt to install the TTW Fomod. I have a quadrillion mods installed so is it even worth it to try and get TTW to work with a huge amount of mods?

Here's the error I'm getting that makes FOMM crash: Its doing this no matter what version of FOMM i've tried, btw.

Since FOMM wont stop crashing, I'm thinking I might give MO a last ditch effort before I give up on TTW.
